Good morning all my fabulous bloggers! God always amazes me; yesterday after I did my post and headed out to work I was listening to WARV, that is our Christian radio station here in RI, and Adrienne Rogers was teaching on..........PRAYER!

The young lady I spoke about yesterday that stated "she would rather have gifts then prayer" well she is divorced now and working on her 3rd marriage. I can not judge her on this matter for I am divorced also, but I have chosen to believe and stand on Isaiah 54:5 For your maker is your husband the LORD Almighty is His Name, so I live a single life, I have chosen to be married to Christ and HE has not failed to take care of me. I must say I have never been lonely in all these years, He has supplied me with everything I need and want. He has  been a good and faithful HUSBAND..

Increased Love

Good Morning! Well I must say that Sat. was a fabulous day. I had won a gift certificate for a reflexology pedicure, done with hot stones on my back and hands, for an hour and half I was massaged and pampered. It was a wonderful place, you are the only one there, she works by appointments only, the name of the spa "Just you". And it is just you and her, the atmosphere was awesome, great sound system, with running falls and birds. It felt like I was in the Amazon someplace :). Needless to say I made an appointment to go back next month. This was my second pedicure in my life and this second one was an experience. 

I made this card for the "Free For All Friday" at Stamp TV, the challenge was to case one of the DTs.

Stamp TV Mix it up Monday

Good Morning all you fabulously creative bloggers. This card is for  Stamp TV Mix it up Monday challenge. "Texture". I used a new set of stamps I won from Stamp TV, 3 of them :). This one is Summer Harvest, stamped on Gina K luxury white colored with copics cut out with spellbinders circle. The design paper is K& Company and the main card is Creme de menthe by Gina K. I used EK stickers 'lady bugs' to cover the holes on the end of the sentiment that I cut out with labels, :) also used embossing folder by cuttle bug.

I used the sketch from CPS. Which I am also entering.

Happiness

Good morning! I was thinking on the sentiment of this card, "Happiness is" and find it is so true when you have been blessed with a good friend, but my greatest JOY comes from Jesus, who is the redeemer of my soul, who gives me purpose in this life.  I can have 100 best friends but none of them could ever compare to my relationship with my Savior. For without HIM I have no life, His life in me brings me joy and peace.  Do you have a friend?? :)

I Won!!

Well can you believe this card was just randomly picked over at Stamp TV.
Yahoooo. I get to pick out a stamp set of my choice..I entered this card for the "Blast in the Past" challenge, (spot light) this and the sketch challenges are always my favorites. Blast from the past gives me a chance to do some of the things Gina teaches on video that I did not have a chance to do.. 

Also went to see my surgeon yesterday and I am having  surgery on Sept 20 at 6 am and will be able to leave at noon-if all is well.. I was thinking surgery on Friday and back to work on Monday and the Dr. laughed and said "I dont think so".. I will be out for 2 or 3 weeks which will give me time to do a lot of challenges :)..and make a ton of Thank you cards to all you wonderful people  who sent me cards. You do not know how much you have blessed me with your warm wishes, prayers and cards.

Miss You

This is for the color challenge at Stamp TV that Carla is hosting, (black,ivory & an accent color).Sounded like fun so I thought I give it a try :). 

This is one of my favorite stamps (yes I have many) hehe.. Botanicals by Gina K. Stamped with Memento onto Gina K Ivory use some pink pearls as my accent color :).Used Nesties circle for sentiment and oval for image. The punch is from fiskars.

Easter Blessing

Easter is soon approaching, that is the Sunday that more people go to church then any other time of the year. But why just this day? Let us all truly embrace the sacrifice and gift that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ gave to us. A life for a life.
