Many Blessings

Good Morning all you fabulous bloggers! Well the temps here is reaching 68!  yahooooooo.:)

I made this card for the House mouse challenge "feeling blue" either emotion or color.

I used this stamp, sitting in the rain HM1R1007 that I picked up several years ago for $2.00, you can't beat that for a house mouse stamp. I colored with copics and used stickles for the rain. That ribbon is from Micheal's, and used my cloud die for the sentiment which comes from Gina K "sending sunshine". This card is a 5x5, I am loving this size.

Then I created this card for the Flourishes challenge "Black accents". I think I over did the black :).

This stamp is from Flourishes "a year in flowers" colored with copics, used labels 4 to cut it out. I used the sizzix embossing folder "wood grain" and the ribbon is a win from "really reasonable ribbons". This card is a 4x4. I cut the sentiment out with decorative scissors.

Well that is it for me, I must get ready to go to work. I am going in early today because I have to be back in the morning  at 6 am. It is kind of tough getting home at midnight to be back to work on Sat. for 6 am, so I go in early on Friday so I can get out early and get my beauty sleep. :).

Thank you all for being such a blessing to me by leaving comments, it sure blesses my heart.

You all have a blessed day

Quiet Love

Hi all..Sure hope you all are doing well.

Well I have been a little creative this week :), I created these two cards for friends and challenges.. This first one is for Our Daily Bread challenge "needle it".

I seem to be addicted to 5X5 cards, just love the shape of them. Used Martha Steward pastels card stock, stamped ODB daffodil corner and used ODB Scripture series 1. Used a SU button and brad and paper pierced.

Next

This is for Flourishes challenge, "Your Birthday" what ever your birth month they have a list of what you have to use. Mine was for March, gems & die cuts. I stamped Botanical bookplates 2, used rhinestones and labels 4. The paper is from K&Co.

Have a Blessed Week..

I haven't played with my house mouse stamps in a year and I sure do miss using them :). I made this card for a women I met in church, this is the inside. This is scripture #7 by Our daily Bread.

This is House Mouse 'Gentile Rain' HMKR1033
I love these stamps! This one reminds me that no matter the circumstance's of life, God is on the throne and is always watching out for me, which gives me Perfect Peace.

A Blessing

Good Morning All.. Can you believe it is freezing here in RI today!! And will be for the next few days.

I created this card for Sweet N Sassy

I stamped 'Precious Poppies' on SU black and embossed it in white, cut it out and popped it up. The embossing is wood grain by cuttlebug, Kaiser pearls.

Now this set that I am show casing for Sweet n Sassy is fabulous, but you know what?? I lost / threw away my favorite flower of this set. Because they are not rubber I wash them, and leave them to dry, well I can not find it, more then likely it went out with the trash. This is the second time this has happened to me. No more washing clear stamps!

Well until next time
God Bless you all
Hugs

Call On HIM

Good Morning all. I created this card for Our Daily Bread challenge."Other then a classic square or rectangle." I did a circle.

I love this verse in Jeremiah. Call Me and I will answer. From the beginning in Christ, I learned that prayer was my life line. Through prayer I have over come great hurts and gained great wisdom, it is a constant open line to our Heavenly Father who waits for us to call upon HIM, day or night, for HE is never to busy to  listen.

I am also entering this card for Delightful challenge "circle"
Kids College Fund "anything goes"

Recipe:
Stamp: Our Daily Bread Scripture Collection #6
Ink:      Memento black tuxedo & lulu lavender
Paper:   SU & design paper K&comapny
Other:   Spellbinders circle & Gold labels 4

Well you all have a wonderfully Blessed Day

Sweet 'N Sassy 2

Good Morning All. Sure hope you all are doing well this week.

Here is my card for this week for Sweet N Sassy,

This is from their new release "His Child". I gold embossed the image and cut it out with spellbinders squares and mounted it onto fancy squares. The border on the side is from K&Co and the ribbon from the dollar bin at Michaels.

Well I am off to my little part time job this morning, before going to my full time one :). I do pray you all have a blessed week.

Sweet N Sassy Guest Designer

Well Good Morning All.. I sure do hope Spring has found you because of yet it has not found us! Enough of snow already..:)

Good news, I was asked to be Guest Designer for Sweet 'n Sassy this month,  how great is that.

This is from their new set "Precious Poppies". I colored these with pencil and oms and added stickles in the center.

Now for all of you who gave me advise about cutting my new spellbinders, Thank You! I found using the metal sheet worked the best. I also found my cuttle bug is just stretched after years of using . I use to cut a spellbinders and emboss with no shim now I am using 3! It might be time to get a new one, any suggestions?

Well, you all have a wonderful creative week.
Blessings
