Well The Weather Outside is Frightful!

Good Morning everyone. Well they cancelled work today, really? I was not going to come in anyway. As of 1 pm it was still snowing here and they were saying we were getting another 10 inches of snow, on top of the 2 feet we already got :).. But praise GOD, we have not lost electric..  I was out early this morning shoveling, and finally gave up and hired a neighbor who  had a snow blower. And he cleaned my roof all for 30 dollars :)..

Well, in the mean time I created this card for Our Daily Bread challenge, anything goes.

I seem to be in love with this die by ODB Asters & leaves, I have used it often and I used the Pennant swag stamp and matching die by ODB. So cute. Then used a flourish die to finish it.

Well that is it for me, back out to clean off my porch.

I am always so Thankful to you all who stop by and leave comments, it sure helps to keep me encouraged. :)

First Post of 2015

Good Morning all!  Hope you all are feeling well and staying warm.

THOUGHTS:  I was thinking about New Year resolutions, how we always want to change things we do for the New Year; well we should treat each new day that way, for we may not have a tomorrow.

Psalm 39:4
"Show me, LORD, my life's end and the number of my days; let me know how fleeting my life is.

I created this card for Our Daily Bread sketch challenge.

I used ODB Asters & leaves die using ODB Blooming Garden collection papers, I also used ODB Crocheted circle die to mount it on. Used cuttle bug swiss dots and ribbon from Papertrey (spring Moss).

Then I created this card for the House Mouse Challenge (Sketch)
5 1/2 x 5 1/2 card,  House Mouse stamp (Tails of True Love) colored with copics and used cuttlebug embossing folders. The design paper is part of  a win I received  from America Kuhn.

Well that is it for me, Thank you for coming  by. You all have a Blessed weekend.

Merry Christmas

Good Morning All. I do hope your Christmas was fabulous. Mine was :)..

Now I will tell you a quick funny story.. My printer would not print, I tried everything, finally called Dell for assistance and for 2 hours they did their stuff and my printer still would not print, then I said lets print in colors!!!! You know what, their was nothing wrong with my printer except it ran out of black ink.. hahaha...Normally a prompt will come up and tell me I am low on ink, but nothing came up..  I did not feel to stupid, the techs at dell didn't think of it either :)..

I created this card for the House Mouse Challenge, this is one of the HM  stamps I brought from Vicki over at Stamp Smiles, Hi Vicki :)..

The embossing folder is from Darice, the stamp is "wrapped & ready". This is a 7.5 by 5.5 card. Colored with copics.

I am also entering this for,
 Craftyhazel, anything Christmas
Jiggle bells rock, anything goes

Merry Christmas

Well I am back and I sure missed you all. Even though I have not been crafting I have been stopping by leaving love.

I  have an add on room that was built way before I bought this place and it was an eye sore and an ice box in the Winter, even with a space heater in there I would freeze, so I had to close it off during the Winter and drag some things into the dinning room. I should have taken photos of the before they started, but I was to excited to get it done to think of it. I had new wood, thick insulation, siding and 5 windows done. Now this room is warmer then any other room in the house, with no space heater.

On top of having this done, I had cataract surgery done on both of my eyes. I had the right one done the week of Thanksgiving and the left one this Monday. Boy! can I see well, and with no glasses except for fine print.

So I have been very blessed this year.

I was up bright and early this morning and created this card for Our Daily Bread sketch challenge.

I used ODB Quatrefoil pattern die and ODB stamp & die set "Peace & Joy".  The paper is DCWV glitzy glitter.

I am also entering this for Word Art Wednesday "anything goes".

What a wonderful time of the year to remember Christ, the redeemer of the world and our only hope. No greater gift could we ever receive.

I pray all of you have a wonderful Christmas.
God Bless you all.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!
While I am here cooking this morning I was thinking on all the things I am thankful for.
Psalm 37:25 I once was young, and now am old; yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken nor their children begging for bread.
In a few months I will be 60 years old; and I must say that this verse is true of me. Through all the trials I have endured my 60 years God has never forsaken me.
I am so Thankful that HE saved me, that HE loved me when no one else did, that HE worked HIS power in my life to change me to be a "daughter of a KING".

I am so Thankful for all of you who stop by every week and leave comments, you do not know  how much it blesses me and I do consider many of you my friends; though I have not meet you face to face I pray for you daily when I hear of your troubles. And I know one day we will see each other when we get HOME.

At the moment I am unable to do any crafting; the room which all of my stuff is in, is being worked on, so I have stuff every where. Hopefully it will be done by Dec 1.. But until then I will still be stopping by to see all the fabulous things you have been creating.

To all of you who stop by my blog, Thank you and God Bless you and Keep you.
Sending you Hugs & Blessings :).

PS Hoped you enjoyed the video by Kristina, she has some great videos.
