It is Well with my Soul.

How are all of you doing? Well I am enjoying the beautiful weather, it is 50 degrees and it feels like 60..
I did this card for Speedy Fox and Friends challenge, CAS. I Used Marks Finest paper stamp "Happy Pansy's." I colored the flowers with pencil and oms.
Then I did the challenge for Our Daily Bread "use aqua or topaz (blue).  I used Easter Blessings for the scripture and "From me to you" for the flowers.

Well that is it for me until next week. I do hope you all have a Blessed Day.

Hope Grows

How are all of my blogging friends  doing? I am doing great!
I was in church tonight and a 68 year old women got up to testify. She had throat cancer and was going through chemo, the Lord had told her she would be healed and she was, as she was at home recuperating a women high on drugs broke into her house to rob her, she called out "Jesus I need you NOW!" A fight began, the girl tried to stab her in the chest and the women grabbed hold of the blade and pushed the girl off of her and was able to fight her and throw her out the door. I had read about this and was so blessed she came out to church tonight and gave her testimony of God's mighty hand. It was so appropriate because our pastor had preached this morning on "Stop Limiting God."

I made this card for the sketch challenge at Stamp TV. Free for all Friday's.

Beautiful

Good Morning, I do hope all of you are doing well. I have had a serious cold/flu since last week, I still went to work because every one there was sick too! :)
I created this card for Our Daily Bread "other then a square or rectangle" I used labels 10 for the main card and then used K&Co dp, stamped the verse and border in SU really rust. The scripture is from ODB "faith" the brocade border is also from ODB along with matching die set. I love die sets..so much better then cutting with scissors.

Be Still

Good Morning! Well it is time for another "Word Art Wednesday" challenge, where we share the WORD of God.

Be still and know that I am God..

That does seem to be the problem with us when going through trials, being still. Some years ago on Christmas Eve there was a terrible snow storm, my mothers car would not start and I had to travel 40 miles with my baby son in tow to give her battery a charge, it was 1 am. I got her car started and on the way home my car died, as I sat there on Christmas Eve without a car in sight I asked God, "what am I going to do?" I got out of the car and stood there as the snow was coming down and my son asleep inside, and stood still and said "Father, bring me help". I stood there believing that God would help me. within 10 min. a tow truck comes around the corner and stops, tow's us home with no charge.
Be Still, and know I am God..

Our Sponsor this week is" Lisa's altered art"

The image I used for this is from Mo Manning digi, used a MS punch.

Happy Birthday

Good morning.. Before I begin I just want to share a serious pet peeve!! Music on the blogs. I am ready to just scream...I am one of those people who has 20 to 30 tabs open to comment, and how sad to hear 7 or 8 blogs with music going that I can not listen to so I shut off my own sound where I can not even enjoy my own music.  Maryilynn Degroot has one of the best ideas I have seen, she has placed U-Tube on her post's for people to play and hear, how novel is that! Which of coarse I can not even hear what she has because of the other 7 or 8 blaring their own music. From Christian, to rock, to country to easy listening, all of them playing at the same time..where you can not enjoy anything while on line.
My goodness I wish they would just out law these dang gone things on the blogs..This is just my opinion, which I have a right to have!!

Now on to my card :)..
This is for Speedy the Fox  challenge #95, create a joy fold card. I got this fold from Beate, at Splitcoast Stampers. I made this as a birthday card for a friend who is turning 75 tomorrow.
You can not see to well from this photo but I added stickles.
Recipe:
Paper: Mark's finest papers, stamping up "Spring Silouettes".
Stamp: MFP "Floating along"
Misc: MS punch, stickles, copics.

Your Word

Good morning, it is time for another Word Art Wednesday...

This is a wonderful verse..Everything to make it in this world and on our journey is found in God's word (bible). Our biggest problem is believing and obeying..  The light house image is from Our daily bread. Our sponsor this week is Lindsay's stamp stuff.

Hearts, Hearts and more Hearts

Good Evening. I do pray all of you had a glorious weekend. Any day with Jesus is a fabulous day!
I decided to do some challenges in between church services, yes I am a Pentecostal and we have service morning and night and both services are well over 2 glorious hours. But you are so filled with the Spirit it feels like your only there a few minutes..  Any who, back to the subject :). I went heart crazy...

This first one is for Speedy Fox and Friends challenge #94 "shaped cards" I decided on a heart shape. The Stamp is from Marks Finest Papers "Be Mine" colored with copics and used Basic Grey Origins paper.

My Second one is for Our Daily Bread challenge #96  H-E-A-R-T, word play. I used the H for the heart, E for embossing, R for the color red. The stamp is from ODB Birthday Blessing and the sentiment is from ODB From me to you. The paper is from recollections.

My third one is for Stamp TV Free For All Friday "Lets get  moving" This stamp is from Gina K "Follow your dreams" designed by Theresa Momber.  The paper is Gina K luxury white and Basic Grey. I did the dragon flies with Vellum and colored them with stickles, the wings curled up when drying, how cool is that!

Didn't I tell you I went heart crazy :).
Thank you for stopping by and always leaving me blessed and encouraged by your wonderful comments.

Have a Fabulously Blessed Day
