God Will Never Leave you.

Well Hello All.. Time sure does fly by. I have been enjoying the warm weather (50's) and having work done to my home. We had a tough winter, causing damages that I am having repaired. Soon I will be breaking down my little art room, (had outside done last year) I will be doing the inside of the room this month, (hopefully). In the mean time I created this card for the House Mouse Challenge "Dots"

This is a new stamp I purchased, I think it is so cute. It so reminds me of a mother's love for her children and the love that God has for us. He will never leave nor forsake HIS own. Which gives great comfort and peace.

I made this a shaker card, yep, my second one. I paper pieced the carriage and colored this with copics.

Good Morning all.. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. We had good weather here, but now it has decided it wants to go back to Winter, cold.....:)..I do hope this means we will be having a long Summer.

I made this card for the House Mouse Challenge "Birthday".

I just love this stamp "Surprise Party" I stamped the image on Ellen Hutson white card stock, this card stock takes color well and  colored with copics. The circles are from memory box die and the sentiment from SU.  This card is  6x5.

Well Good Morning all. It looks like Spring  might be coming, here in RI it snowed all day on the first day of Spring.. Oh joy.. :)...

I made this card for the House Mouse Challenge.  We had to case America's card.

 


I was at my girlfriends house last weekend to create cards, but you know how that can go when you only see each other once a month, talk, talk stamp, talk, talk, color...ect.. 5 hours later we might have something done.. But it is always fun to get together. This is my first shaker card I have ever made, and the only one made that day..:)

I do not know the name of the stamp I used, but it is so cute, I used the smallest thing she had, pearls and some other stuff.

Enough of Winter!

Good Morning all. Well I do hope you have been warm and safe.  Here in RI it is freezing. My pipes froze up earlier this week, and it is a good thing we have a maintenance  guy here because it cost me all of 40 dollars for him to shovel and get a bullet under my house to defrost my pipes. Thank you Jesus. :). We will be having a heat wave for 2 days 30 degrees and then back to 0 tempts next week.  I have had enough of Winter!! I will be so grateful for Spring..

To God Be The Glory

Good morning all.
 Well it has been a busy week for me, I worked yesterday Sat. with only 2 hours of sleep and working with 8 men. One reminded the others that I do not like profanity used in my presence and as the conversation went on the statement came up "that God is a women". I told them that is false, that God was a man. Then one proceeded to tell me he has never read that and that he doesn't know what translation I have been reading. I told him I have read every translation and I read daily, I strongly lead him & the others through a few verses stating that God is called father and HE... Which turned the conversation into salvation, they stated they are all going to hell with the rest of their friends and I told them how foolish, you will never see your friends because hell is total darkness, total separation,  continuous suffering, No hope of getting out. Their only hope is now, why they are alive, to except Jesus Christ as their Lord and redeemer.
I do not believe in coincidences, I believe God chose that day and that moment for these men to hear the gospel. I pray the words of the Lord penetrated their souls. To God Be The Glory..

Well I did have some time to create a few cards for some challenges. :)

I made this for Splitcoast stampers, try a new technique-down under.  I used recollections white and Authentique design paper. and a small spellbinders heart & curve dies. The verse is from Our Daily Bread Scripture collection #7. This card was also picked as a weekly favorite at Splitcoast stampers :).. 

This is for House mouse Challenge, love is in the air. This is one of the stamps I won from HM challenge. The sentiment is from the dollar bin at Micheal's.

And this card I made for Our Daily Bread, chose a color challenge.

The die is a custom die from ODB "eternity". ODB Asters & leaves, I am in love with this die, can't you tell..

Good Morning All.. Well if you have been listening to the news you have heard that we here in RI are under Blizzard warnings for Monday. So far we have had the best Winter in 7 years, no snow, especially here in the area were I live.  God is the Master planner for weather and I am praying that this storm will pass us.

Well I  do have a few cards I have made for  several challenges.. After following MFT 5 days of organizing,  I plan on going in and organize my space after I finish blogging.:)

Good Morning all!  Hope you all are feeling well and staying warm.  

THOUGHTS:  I was thinking about New Year resolutions, how we always want to change things we do for the New Year; well we should treat each new day that way, for we may not have a tomorrow.

I created this card for Our Daily Bread sketch challenge.  

I used ODB Asters & leaves die using ODB Blooming Garden collection papers, I also used ODB Crocheted circle die to mount it on. Used cuttle bug swiss dots and ribbon from Papertrey (spring Moss).

Then I created this card for the House Mouse Challenge (Sketch)

5 1/2 x 5 1/2 card,  House Mouse stamp (Tails of True Love) colored with copics and used cuttlebug embossing folders. The design paper is part of  a win I received  from America Kuhn.

Good Morning All. I do hope your Christmas was fabulous. Mine was :)..

Now I will tell you a quick funny story.. My printer would not print, I tried everything, finally called Dell for assistance and for 2 hours they did their stuff and my printer still would not print, then I said lets print in colors!!!! You know what, their was nothing wrong with my printer except it ran out of black ink.. hahaha...Normally a prompt will come up and tell me I am low on ink, but nothing came up..  I did not feel to stupid, the techs at dell didn't think of it either :)..

I created this card for the House Mouse Challenge, this is one of the HM  stamps I brought from Vicki over at Stamp Smiles, Hi Vicki :)..

Good Afternoon my crafty and fabulous friends. I do hope you are having a wonderful weekend. 
 It has been warmer in the evenings in the  month of Oct then Aug. So I do hope this means we are going to have a great Winter, because for the past 7 years the Winters here have been brutal.

I made this card for the House Mouse challenge "buttons & bows", this is one of the stamps I won from one of the House Mouse challenges  hosted by America.

Good morning all. Well I created another card for the house mouse challenge. Seems the last one I made I was late a day :). I am on time for this one..
The challenge this week is "relax".. When I retire I will be doing plenty of this.

I wanted to keep this simple, for it was going out in the mail right away to my girlfriend.

Good Morning all. I do hope your weekend has be wonderful.  Mine has been busy as usual :) but I did have time to make this quick card for the House Mouse challenge, "All about Summer".

I stamped Bunny Cruise onto Solar white and colored with pencils, added a little sparkle to the water with stickles, then cut out with spellbinders ovals, used a stencil to create clouds. Sentiment is from stampendous impressions "every time". I also dug out an old cuttle bug embossing folder.

Well Good Morning all.. Big News :)

I want to thank Our Daily Bread for picking my card this week and receiving  the shining your light award. When my card is chosen it always inspires me to do better :).

Also I would like to thank Scrappy Gourmet for my big prize I won over at Word Art Wed.

I also would like to thank Flying Unicorn, for my prize at Word Art Wed. 

To be honest, I rarely play to win a prize, so I was shocked when I won one of the biggest prizes at Word Art.

Now on to my cards. :) I created this for Our Daily Bread, "shaped card" 

I used the classic paisley spell binders die to cut out the shape. Used ODB stamp "Don't Worry" This is a beautiful stamp set. Colored with copics and of coarse added some stickles.

This second one is for the House Mouse challenge "anything goes" HMFMC164

 I just bought a pack of Recollections 110lb paper from Micheals, this stuff is fabulous. The stamp is Fancy Pants and I used flourished verse from ODB  inside the circle. Colored her with pencil and oms added some pearls. The design paper is from Websters.

This 3rd card I created for SCS sketch challenge "SC477" I have found I do love sketch challenges best.

This stamp is from flourishes, one of the first I bought when I started stamping. "Fly away with me" I do hope some one buys Flourishes, their stamps are the just  elegant. The sentiment is from Just rite "warm & cozy".

Happy Valentines

Hi All;
What a beautiful day here in RI. It is the Lords Day, it is Sunny and we are still having a heat wave "40 degrees" :). It sure feels good to get back into creating, still trying to get my little space in order, but praise God that I have a little space to do so. I have been around checking every one out and leaving comments, and I must say you all are creating some fabulous cards.
