This stamp is "winter lady" by Coronado Island stamps. When I saw her I thought of the Old Test. This verse in Song of Solomon 6:3 has always touched me, because what it is saying is "I belong to Jesus and Jesus belongs to me" how comforting is that.

As many of you know I love the Word of God, I study daily. And this verse says "shout to the Lord", if we did more praising and less complaining we would be just like this guy.

He Rejoices Over Me!!

My mind is always on the things of God, I study His Word daily, but when I am sick I seem to be the closest to Him. This is one of Gods attributes, that He rejoices over His creation, He rejoices over me, what peace, what comfort to know My heavenly Father Rejoices over little ole me.
This stamp is "flutter by" by angel Co. I used su hunter green and black and that gold paper is hand made from "Penny Wise".
And for all of you who wished me well and prayed for me, Thank You, I am feeling so much better this morning and am getting ready to go to work. :)

Children Are A Gift

Some times we forget that children are a blessing from God, they are clay that is put into our hands to mold them to be glorious creatures. How is your molding skills? :)
This is my Mojo Monday 71 on Tues :). I get an idea in my mind and when I begin the card takes a mind of its own. I read where people take an hour or two to make a card, well it takes me 2 or 3 days. That is another long story :).
This is Daisy by Elisabeth Bell from Sugar Nellie. I decided to do a whole scene, I colored her in pencil and gamsol, but the flowers in markers. She is stamped on Georgia Pacific with Palette Noir Black ink. This ink holds up well with gamso and markers.

A Lazy Man

"Well The Weather Out Side Is Frightful"
More snow and then icy rain, I needed a chisel out side to get my drive and car cleaned off :).
This is for the SC scripture challenge. A "sluggard" is a lazy person who always whats but is not willing to work or sacrifice for it. A diligent person is one who seeks God and His Kingdom and is always satisfied. See the sluggard wants and wants and the diligent seeks and seeks :). The diligent are only happy with the presence of God, then the word tells us "and then these things shall be added. Now I do not know the name of this stamp or where I got it, I was one of those people who when I began stamping I thought I would remember :). But let me tell you the challenge was in paper piecing this chair 9 pieces :).
