Good Morning all my wonderful blogging friends..:)
Many times as I read through the Word I pray and think on what I have read, the other day it came to me, "what would you do if a friend stole from you?" I gave it much thought and then it came to me that Judas, who Jesus called friend was the treasure for the group and he stole from the money bag, and Jesus never said a word. The Lord does not always say something right away but gives us time to repent. How profound Jesus was and so many more lessons to learn as we travel through this life.
Today I decided to enter 2 challenges, Our Daily Bread, something old something new. Because my money is so tight I have nothing what so ever new :) so I used one of the last things I brought, The verse is from Scripture collection #3 and the new is spellbinders impressions "flourish" done with memento cantaloup"
My second one is for 7 Kids college fund, my first time playing, "White on White".
The verse is computer generated, and I used cuttle bug "love language", spellbinders hearts and white ribbon.
Well until next time, you all have a blessed week.
Hugs & smooches :)

Thank you for sharing those thought provoking words Becky.
Both your cards are beautiful, but the orange one is the one that really appeals to me.

becky - lovely post, my friend. I am sure my first reaction would be to pray and my honest instinct is that I wouldn't say a word. I would just hope that they needed whatever was taken more than I did. Gorgeous cards! I hear you on the nothing new, lol!
This is my year of Simplicity, I say! :) x0x0

What beautiful embossing!
these are both beautiful!
Both are stunning!! The orange you used on the first folder is magnificent! You did it perfectly without any ink seepage... it's a technique I still have trouble with. And the valentine folder really can be used all year long. I've put both on my wish list after seeing your beauties! Thanks for sharing and good luck in the challenges!

Becky, These are beautiful. Love your new embossing plate.
What a blessing your posts are! I love how you share what the Lord is speaking to you about. And, of course, your beautiful cards inspire me to get up and get to my card-making space!
Two beautiful cards Bekky, I love the elegance and wonderful embossing. The color of your first one really evoked a warm hearty smile from me this morning as it is so pretty and cheerful and I love the detail of the frame. xx

These are both beautiful. I love both stamps and your work is fantastic.
Lovely cards, Becky! And a sweet reminder in that first one. The Lord has been putting that verse in front of me on a regular basis since Thanksgiving. Hopefully I'll soon have a story of praise that will be the 'why'!
Blessings~

Both cards are just gorgeous, Becky...Love the yummy texture on both! The scriptures you used are two of my favorites! Hugs!
Hi Becky! It was so good to see you pop by my blog today and I just had to come say hello and catch up with how you are doing! Your cards are both beautiful!!! I am realizing that we don't need new when we are so blessed... and although I often "think" I need new... I don't, and your gorgeus cards are just an example of how beautiful we can create with what we have!!! Love the embossing on the top one... the ink really makes it pop, and I love the verse you chose! Love the pretty images on the heart of the second one! Gorgeous!!!! Hope your 2013 is off to a good start! Sending hugs and blessings your way!
Grace
