Good morning my blogging friends, it is time for another Stampin Sisters in Christ Challenge. My wonderful sister Kris is our host this week and she has chosen, 2 Samuel 6:14 And David was dancing before the Lord with all his might, and David was wearing a linen ephod.
Her challenge: Make a card that "moves" (ie. tilt card, slider, pop up, waterfall, etc.)

Thoughts:
It has always amazed me how people will scream and cheer at a baseball, football, basketball game. But you can hear a pin drop in church. Why is that?? When Jesus is Lord of Lords and King of Kings. He is greater then any athlete, then any king, then any rock star, yet he gets no applause for all He has done for us. He has taken our place, He died for us so we could live, how can we even stop ourselves from shouting - HALLELUIAH!! I love this image of David, who is king of a Nation, dancing before the Lord. He know where his help comes from. Can you imagine what would happen if the presidant of the USA Danced before the Lord!!

Oh goodness.... I can only imagine Becky! How awesome that would be if our president danced before the Lord! Your card is so gorgeous!! I am loving that teal color and your coloring of the beautiful flowers is stunning!! Cute pull out/slider card!! Isn't it fun to create something unusual - once in a while? LOL. Another fabulous card! Where I go to church, sometimes after a song of a hymn that everyone really SINGS OUT, we all clap for the Lord who so fills us with such joy.

Hi Becky! I just love your pretty aqua card with this gorgeous image and the great slide out design! I so appreciate reading your thoughts on the verse too! I have been praying that our president would come to know the Lord and look to HIM for his guidance and direction. I would just love to see him dancing before the Lord! I love the fact that David was willing to lay aside all his kingly robes to dance in humility... before the Lord. It really showed his heart! I hope you have a wonderful week my friend!

Beautiful card. I need to think about the rest of your post. I was raised in a church that sees worship as a quiet, contemplative pratice so I'm personally not comfortable with cheering and such in church.
