It is time for another challenge for Stamping Sisters in Christ. This is our first challenge for the New Year, how exciting. It feels good to be starting our challenges again.
Chris is the host this week, and her challenge is "wings" do a card or project with wings. Simeon Say's is our sponsor
The Scripture she has chosen is, Ruth 2:12 "May the LORD repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the LORD, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuges."
I decided that I will stretch my wings some for the new year. As many know I do not like doing "projects" :) (they never come out right)
Well this year I plan on doing a few and I started my first one for this challenge. Here is the tutorial for this bag, over at Splitcoast. Now I wasted 4 sheets of good paper trying this out before I realized I am not good at using my score pal, so I got out my MS score and it is fabulous for doing "projects"
This is also for:
Craft your days away (anything goes)

Oh my goodness, this is so cute! I love it Rebekka! You are too funny - yet I can relate, I am not good at projects either and I should do the same - stretch my wings! Thanks you!
What a lovely card purse...and your handles are very creative!
Well if at first you don't succeed...
You've done a great job on this project Becky! I love the way you did the handles, and that background paper is so pretty!
Great Valentine's Day card Becky. I wonderful eye candy to compliment the image.
i have to admit, I am not much of a project person myself. The journal I made yesterday, was a real stretch for me. I think you did a fabulous job with this bag, Rebekka! Cupid looks so adorable!
This is really sweet, glad you stayed with it.

well you persevered and the final product is beautiful...
Pretty! Love the handles!
This is so cute, always a fan of that color combination. I shy away from 3-D projects too, one resolution this year is to try to do more of them! Looking forward to another stamping ministry year!
OH Rebekka, this is wonderful! I love the lil cupid :) (my blog post for tomorrow is a cupid, lol) I love your cards and can see you making many more projects as this one is fabulous! Blessings!
Becky,
Gorgeous bag you have created for Valentine's Day. I wish I had more time to do projects. Your cupid image is adorable.
That is LOVELY! Adorable and special and so you!
Wow, this is a knockout, Becky!
Hi Rebekka, what a beautiful bag, so much detail! Thank you for joining us at Craft Your Days Away for our first challenge of 2011, good luck x
What a beautiful bag Becky!! Such a pretty design and image!!
I always enjoy visiting your blog not only for your gorgeous projects but for your words of wisdom and inspiration.

Lovely project. I am like you; I don't particularly care to do projects. I am a cardmaker and scrapbooker.
Hello Becky - I love your gift bag - what a clever idea - and that image - does it get ahy cuter! You made me laugh about your Scorpal - I have one on my Wishlist...but you have made me wonder! LOL! Thansk for always sharing and inspiring my friend! {{{hugs}}}
Your bag turned out beautifully, and what a great project to fill and use for Valentine's day. I too use both my ScorPal and MS scoring board. Just depends on the project and if there are 1/4s or 1/8s in the measurements. Best, Curt
Rebekka - this turned out fabulous! I love all the red and white - and the red scalloped handles are the perfect accent to your beautiful cupid.
