I do not like doing Valentine cards, they always remind me of shattered dreams. When I was young I had dreams of a white knight sweeping me off my feet, having a home with lots of children. My white knight turned into "Freddy Krueger" and my home was a "nightmare on elm St." :). But as time went on I have learned that it is Jesus alone who is my knight in shinning armor, who loves me unconditionally, and would never leave me nor forsake me.
This is for the Stamp TV sketch challenge.
This stamp is from High Hopes, one of the first stamps I bought. Stamped on Gina K luxury, colored with copics, which you can see I need more practice on fur and more colors :). The sentiment is computer generated, the dp is basic grey and I used liquid pearls and my nesties, with the new SU punch.
Thats it!!
Have a Blessed Day

Very cute card!
This is just darling!!! I so love that image!! Your coloring is fab Becky. I am so sorry your dreams did not come out the way you wanted but that God was there to carry through.

That is such a cute image and you did such a nice job with it. Think of it though, even with a white knight, someone has to clean up the horse poop. I am sorry your dreams didn't come through at that time, but it seems (hope I'm not wrong) God has you in a better place right now. And he did give you an artistic heart for stamping. :)
This is a cute card! But most important, I LOVE your testimony. AND if I'm being honest... I was laughing at your analogy!
thanks for being "transparent" and sharing your heart
Cute!
This is such a cute card!
Becky: What a great reminder that no matter how good or bad those knights are here, we have The knight to look forward to. Your card is adorable (bittersweet is one of my Basic Grey favs!)

Your card is so adorable! I'm kinda late visiting blogs but I wanted to thank you for your comment on SCS about my "Just Breathe" card. Your work is beautiful and I'm so glad you found Jesus to be your knight in shining armor. He definitely is the only one who never disappoints!
Hugs,
Marsha
