Well I have survived "Nemo" that is what they named this storm. We got 2 feet of snow with 4 to 5 feet drifts, with 60 miles a hour winds. Trees are down and 180,000 people without electric with tempts below 10 degrees last night (Sat). So my son and I went to a shelter a mile away, my first time and we had the best time there. Red Cross is awesome. I left all my faucets dripping so my pipes would not freeze. I had no damage except this door to my patio. We came home this morning and our electric was on. Thank you Jesus. :)
And my internet service just came back on an hour ago. Life doesn't get better then this.

Thank you God! I've been so worried about you and so afraid you were hit hard. Glad the damage wasn't too severe for you!
So glad you're safe!!!!! I've been thinking about you and worried. I think that was a very smart thing to do as far as going to a shelter too.
Glad you didn't have a lot of damage and are back home now! Too much snow!

So glad that you are okay, Becky. What an awful storm! Glad that you had a shelter to go to, and that your power and internet are back up. Sounds like God took very good care of you!
So glad you and your son are safe and that you have electric and internet service. Fixing your patio door doesn't sound too bad at all!!
Oh, those photos make me shiver but the snow is so pretty. I'm so happy and thankful you had shelter away from home while there was no power. It could get very cold with those temps. Take care and stay warm.
Oh Becky, so glad you are all okay and have power and warmth! God's creation is certainly a mysterious place at times - here we are sweltering, and ya'll have drifts upon drifts of snow! Beautiful pics, wish I were there! Blessings!
Wow Becky I am so glad that you survived with only minor damage too!
How wonderful to know that you and your son are safe and well. I had been praying for you! Praising the Lord for His watchful care!!
So glad you are okay, Becky! Also glad the shelter was a good experience. The storm did not do anything it was predicted to do in my area. Sorry to say, too much TV hype for the Philly and surrounding area.
What a scary time! I am praying for all of you who where touched by the powerful storm, Rebekka! I am so thankful you are safe.
So glad you have power again. When it rains it pours - some people have too much snow and some people go not get any - Oh how I would love a nice snow here.

So glad to hear you are safe! Try to stay warm!
God is good!! Glad you are safe Becky!! My sister lives in Boston where they had over 2 feet of snow. She is a nurse and had to work at the hospital during the storm. I thank God she made it home safe and sound after the storm!! Enjoy the tranquility of being back home!!
hugs,
Chris
I was thinking about you when I heard the storm was heading for the east coast. I'm so glad that you are fine and that you suffered little damage. What an amazing amount of snow! Again, so glad you are OK! Hugs, Curt
