OK don't go into shock! Two posts in one week :).
A new challenge started up today called CAS on Sunday, "Clean & Simple". Their challenge today is "Be Mine". I created two cards, because my son loved the embossing and phont on this one done with a Tim Holtz embossing folder and the stamp is a dollar stamp from Micheal's.
And the second one is the one I favored more because of the phont and the embossing folder from Darice. Stamp is also from Micheal's for a dollar.
Notice the different shades, why?? they are made out of the same paper and photographed in the same spot.. O well, that is life. :)

Goodness, both those embossing folders are beautiful and helped create such gorgeous cards.
I was just looking at your header and thinking how wonderful it will be when the dogwoods, cherry trees, azaleas, and all the lovely Spring things are blooming. My daffodils are up and will bloom this month. I saw some blooming in a neighbor's yard yesterday.
Both cards are goregous. I like both embossing folders.

Cute cards Becky. I just love those $1.50 stamps at Michaels too. Judging from the pictures you are showing. The reason your pictures look different, is because of the amount of light you had in the room. The lighting in your window changed. Look behind your card at the light coming in through your window, the second one looks darker. This causes a shadow effect and causes a dark area around your card. As you were taking your pictures, either the sun was shining in and out of the clouds, or a cloud passed by. Causing the second one to photograph darker.
I love how elegant and beautiful your CAS cards are. I cannot do a CAS and make it look right to save me. I think I may keep fussing until it isn't CAS any longer. LOL! Beautiful job Becky. You inspire me! Blessings!
