SSIC #114

Good Morning all you fabulous bloggers, I sure have missed you all :).
It is time for another SSIC challenge. This morning Peggysue is the hostess and she has chosen

Genesis 3:6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it.

Her Challenge:Dig in your stash and use one of your oldest stamp sets, one that hasn't seen any use for a long while.

Our Sponsor this week is:Clear Dollar Stamps $15 gift card.

This is one of my very first stamps I brought from creative images.

Well I am moved in, unpacked and working a lot of over time. The first week in I had a plumbing problem that cost me 850, so I am grateful for the overtime which was very timely. :) God is so good.

My mojo is off but I am going to try and plow through these negative feelings of quiting.

Make sure you stop by Stampin Sisters In Christ and check out what my other stampin sisters created.

Alrighty then, see you as I stop by to visit everyone today.

Have a Blessed Day

Glad to see you here! If this is one of your older sets, then you need to bring it to the front! It's adorable!

No quitting allowed, but I know how you feel.

Becky your card is so cute and the colors are so vivid! I love it! I don't see any mojo problem here but I do understand how you feel! Sometimes the things going on in our lives take the creative wind out of us for a bit.... but I love what you created!!! Sorry about the plumbing problem and yet thankful that He supplied the needed funds to have it fixed! Hoping you feel settled in soon!!!
hugs,
Grace

I don't see any lack of mojo (I typed it as "moo" first, my fingers were tripping, there might be a lack of 'moo' in your area). Sorry to hear about the plumbing! But glad you are getting settled and so good to see you back! Those snails are darn cute.

Rebekka!! I'm so glad you're back! I've been checking your blog a bit lately to see if you reappeared. Was very happy to see your comment on my blog today to tell me you have returned. Hope the move went well. Lovely first card back. I'm sure the mojo will find itself back soon as well. Sometimes change does that to us, right?

Welcome back Rebekka. I have missed your creations and your encouraging comments.
It certainly takes a while to settle doesn't it? We are contemplating a move but when I look around me it seems too difficult.
I look forward to seeing your creations. Take care.
PS There's a totally easy challenge up from TUIC by me. I sure hope you can join in.

Just around the corner from us is a pond filled with beautiful waterlillies just like the ones on your card, and your card captures their beauty perfectly....I don't get close enough to see if there is any snails on the lilly pads however.....lol.

So glad you are settling into your new place so well. And PTL for His timing in providing the extra $$ when you needed it!
This card is lovely, Becky! When I saw it on the SSIC blog last week I was totally captivated by the little snails. Made me think of how sometimes we think God is so slow at doing things, yet on 'the other side' of an issue, we can clearly see how He was in the middle of 'it' all along! And of course, He is the Friend that is forever!
Blessings to you!!

Rebekka!!!! I'm so glad to see you back! I've missed you so. I'm glad you are unpacked and back to creating. Sorry about the plumbing problem, but I'm more sorry to hear that you are even thinking about quitting!!!! I think that would be a waste of a God-given talent. Your cards are just beautiful. I'm happy to be the owner of a couple of Rebekka originals. Now you get that thought out of your head! Love this card and those sweet little snails! Cute as they can be! So good to have you back! Best, Curt
