Thanks Giving

Good Morning, time again for another Stampin Sisters In Christ Challenge.
Today our sister Patti is the host and she has chosen 1 Tim.4:4  "For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanks giving."
This verse is speaking on meat; many times we forget that the food on our table, cupboards and refrigerators are a gift from God, and that we  should give thanks for what God has supplied. Not only do we have our daily bread but we have abundance of bread and can easily forget that it is by God's grace that we have what we have and He deserves to be Thanked..I believe in saying grace over food, no matter where I am at or who's house I am eating, how can you not give God praise for the abundance that he has supplied us with.

The Challenge: A Thank you card.
Our Sponsor: Doodle Pantry is giving away 10 dollar's worth of digi's to the blessed winner.

What I used:
Stamp: Stamping Up "because I care"
Ink:      Memento tuxedo black
Paper:  Neena, & SU
Tools:   copics, nestibilities frame, cuttle bug Swiss dots.
Other:   stickles, ribbon from Micheal's.

Have a Blessed Day

What a stunning card Becky!! I so love the hydrangea and the lavender and black combo. So elegant with the coloring and touch of bling. Gorgeous. Your words are so true. We should be thankful for our daily bread and I pray wherever I go at dinner as well. I hope you have a great day today and I pray you have a great first day back at work. I will be thinking of you.
hugs,
Chris

Becky, all of your work is stunning but this one really takes my breath away. It's just perfect. I read your blog daily and the card you made for Gina K.'s challenge is beautiful too. Your words are always full of wisdom and grace, and I thank you for that. Have a very blessed day.

Becky, your card is so gorgeous! Your coloring is perfect - looks like that flower could be picked off the page, put in a vase and on my kitchen table! Wow! So real! And, dear friend, your words are exactly what I really wanted to say, but didn't know how. I even had Lisa take the 'food' part out as I couldn't get it right - you are amazing!!! Hugs!

Gorgeous card Rebekka. Really lovely - reminds me of a stamp I have by Anna Griffin plus this was one of my late dad's favourite plants, so brings back some fond memories.

Just gorgeous! i have this set and attempted to color it in a few days ago...it came out no where near as gorgeous as this! The embodding, the scalloped frame and the sheer ribbons are all the perfect accents, too. :)

What a fabulous card, Rebekka! I love the sheer ribbon and that beautiful lavendar color looks stunning with black.

You know, I wear any color with black when it comes to clothing. I never put colors besides red with black in my cards however. Thank you for showing me over and over until I "got" it.

Your thoughts are so true! I completely agree and add my, Amen!

Good thing you stamped a flower instead of a pork chop or a steak! LOL (Sorry, I'm in a goofy mood and when I read the verse was speaking about meat that is what came to mind!) LOL But seriously, this is gorgeous! I love the purple and black combo. Stunning! Best, Curt
PS, I meant to tell you in my last comment that I'm so glad that you are feeling better and your recovery was without problems. I'm really glad about that!
