Recipes for you

I hope every one had a fabulous weekend.. I was in bed most of the time, I am still on antibiotics, I will be through this weekend.  But then they found that most of my troubles may have started from a bad gall bladder. Yep, you guessed I will have to have surgery, when? well I go back to my Dr.s in a few weeks after they take care of this problem. I have H-Pylori, gallstones, kidney stones and uncontrollable thyroid. This is from a person who never drinks alcohol, 80 percent of my diet is fruit and veg. you can not find cookies or candy in my house, I was MT climbing and playing racket ball, swimming until 3 years ago when I began to get ill,  I am known as a health nut. :) Well enough of my woes..hehehe It is all a blessing.

This is for Speedy the Cat's Friends challenge #10, "use a die cut" I used spellbinders square and petite oval, the stamp is from from Mark's Finest, paper is Gina K luxury white, dp is stamping up.
I got this idea from Mary over at "My cardz my passions" check her out she is one talented lady. the scallop square is a holder for the recipes in the back and you can just hang these on the freg. how cool.

Have a Blessed day.

Very cute Rebekka! I love that fanciful pear =)

Sorry to hear about your physical "challenges" lately. I've had my gall bladder removed shortly after I gave birth in fact, and also struggle with thyroid problems, but God is good and will see you through it. You're still alive and kickin' and giving God the glory, so AMEN to that! =) Your presence here in blogland is a blessing.

Oh Becky I'm so sorry you're dealing with so many problems but praise God that they found them... they are all addressable... so one step at a time... I'll be keeping you in my prayers sister!!! I had my gallbladder out shortly after giving birth to a 9 lb baby back in the days when it was a major abdominal surgery, but now they usually can take it out laproscopically and it makes it much easier! I don't know how you keep such a great attitude... you never seem to get "down"... and I know that's because you are filled with the joy of the Lord!!! What a testimony!!!

Your card is adorable! I was going to do one of these too... they are so cute! Thanks for the inspiration!!!

Feel better soon my friend!!!
Hugs,
Grace

Well, how cute is this? So sorry to hear you've been sick becky. I had no idea. I guess if I was a better friend I would visit more often. Sorry about that. :( I'm sorry you have to go for surgery too. That's a bummer. Is that a long recovery? is the antibiotics your on for the H. Pylori? or is your gallbladder infected? I wish I knew why this kind of stuff happens to healthy ppl. What's up with that? Well, please know your thought of and loved my friend. *gentle hugs* I will watch for your surgery date announcement too. Please let us know what the address will be so we can send cards okay?

I don't have a blog or google account but I guess I need to get one in order to do all this blog hopping.

This is really adorable Becky! It has such an old time wonderful feel to it. I'm so very sorry you are going through health issues. You are more proof of my theory that no matter how healthy the lifestyle, it is all genetics and environment. I know people who have drank and smoked all their lives and never ever get sick and I know people who do all the right things like exercise and eat right and get cancer and other diseases. But the one thing you have that many other's don't is a great attitude. You are a wonderfully positive person who has faith and hope. That will get you through. I'm sending you good thoughts too my friend. Hang in there! Best, Curt

I love this adorable card! Great fresh colors, super cute! I will be thinking about you, they have much better ways to do this surgery now, not as involved. Stay strong, your healthy lifestyle will pay off!
